BBQ-Pork-Sandwich
INGREDIENTS (4 PORTIONS)
  • 4 Classic BBQ Pork Chops
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • 200 ml aioli
  • 2 tbsp mustard – preferably American
  • ½ cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 1 baguette, cut into four
  • salt
  • pepper
  •  

BBQ PORK SANDWICH WITH SRIRACHA AIOLI

Time: approx. 10-20 min 
plus time to bring meat to room temperature
No. of portions: 4

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Let the meat rest at room temperature for around 30 min before cooking.
  • Mix the sriracha with the aioli, season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the meat to your taste (a core temperature of around 65°C is recommended).
  • Lift off and leave to rest on a plate for about 5 min.
  • Thinly slice the pork chops and place in some toasted baguette with the aioli, mustard and cucumber ribbons.
